We know that you are a visual thinker and so we’re introducing more ways for you to capture and present your best thoughts and ideas. In brand new Radial Map View, you can create highly visual Radial Maps. A Radial Map makes information meaningful using vibrant, colour-coded rings that instantly display hierarchy. Several studies show that humans are naturally drawn to circles, so the shape and style of a Radial Map will help you to easily break down information, no matter how complex. Create a Radial Map from scratch or switch from another iMindMap view to visually plan projects, outline goals, create workflows, present information and more. Read on to learn more and see our exclusive pre-launch offers.
Being able to see the bigger picture will help you stay focused on your end goal. Radial Map View builds a visual overview of an entire topic, goal or project from easy-to-digest nodes. At a glance, you can see the significance of each node by its size. With a bird’s-eye view, you can see a clear representation of priorities, urgency and hierarchy. You can customise your Radial Map with personalised cover images. Use Radial Map View to communicate higher-level information to others in an easy-to-understand way, rather than drowning them in unnecessary details. If extra context is needed, you can always delve deeper into a node by clicking to zoom.
Radial Map View visually organises information by representing tasks and ideas as fractional parts of an entire project. The structure of your Radial Map means you can build on your ideas and projects without ever losing clarity. The size of a node on your Radial Map correlates with its importance. You can increase or decrease the size of a node with quick clicks or by using our keyboard shortcuts. As priorities shift, you have the control to visually reestablish the importance and urgency by adjusting the size of each node. Whatever changes may occur, your Radial Map is equipped to pivot accordingly, without losing sight of your end goal.
Every day, we are bombarded with crushing amounts of information. Simplify complex data by breaking it down into manageable slices in Radial Map View. On an infinite canvas, your Radial Map can be as detailed as is required, but finer details will remain hidden until needed. Insert links and attachments to specific nodes to add extra context if required. When you want to hone in on a particular part of a project, simply double-click a node to see only the relevant child-nodes and their hierarchy. This is especially handy as your project grows. When you’re ready, use the easy breadcrumb navigation to return to your central node and see the whole of your Radial Map once again.
Over the years, iMindMap has grown into a versatile digital thinking space that allows you to work how you work best. With the brand new Radial Map View, the next evolution of iMindMap offers you even greater flexibility to the way you spark, develop and present your greatest thinking.
